After signing in, you can join an existing community using the invite code provided by your HOA board or property manager. If your community hasn't been set up yet, you can create a new one.
Navigate to the Payments section in the app. You can view your outstanding balance, make payments, and download receipts and yearly statements for your records.
Go to the Requests section and tap "New Request." Describe the issue, attach photos if needed, and submit. You'll receive updates as your request is reviewed and resolved.
Enable push notifications in your Profile settings. You'll receive instant alerts for messages, HOA announcements, payment reminders, and request updates. You can customize which notifications you receive.
Use the Messages feature to send a direct message to any board member or property manager. You can also find their contact information in the Community Directory.
Yes. In your Profile settings under Directory Privacy, you can choose whether to show or hide your phone number and email address from other residents.
