The App includes optional AI-powered features provided by Google's Gemini AI service. These features include:

Data sent to Google Gemini: When you use AI features, the following data may be transmitted to Google's servers: your questions or inputs, your community name, publicly available HOA documents and rules, and relevant account context such as your address and account balance.

Consent requirement: AI features are only activated after you provide explicit, informed consent within the App. You can decline to use AI features without affecting your ability to use the rest of the App.

Data protection: All data sent to Google Gemini is transmitted over encrypted connections. Google processes this data in accordance with their privacy policies. We do not authorize Google to use your data for training AI models.

We offer sign-in through Google and Apple. When you authenticate via these services, we receive limited profile information (name, email) as permitted by your settings with those providers. We do not receive or store your passwords for these services.
